Privacy policy

This page explains what information the site keeps about you and why.

What we keep

• Your sign-in details from Google: your email address and your name or display name. We never see or store your Google password.
• What you buy and when: orders, payment status and receipts. Your card or bank details are handled by the payment partner and never reach this site.
• What you can open: the albums and All-Access you own and their dates.
• Messages and requests you send through the Contact page.
• That you accepted the Terms, the Privacy policy and that you are 18 or older, with the date.
• Basic technical records needed to keep the site safe, such as error logs and limits on how often something can be tried.

Why we keep it

To let you sign in, show you what you bought, take payment, answer you, prevent misuse, and meet legal and tax duties. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

The site uses only the small files needed to keep you signed in and safe, and one small file that remembers you are signed in, so the top of each page can show your account button. There are no advertising cookies.

Who helps us run the site

• Supabase (database, sign-in and photo storage), in the United States (Oregon).
• Netlify (hosting), servers in the United States.
• Google (sign-in with a Google account).
• Resend (the emails we send you, such as sign-in codes and receipts).
• Cloudflare (a short check that you are a person, on forms).
• Razorpay (payments). You pay by UPI from your own UPI app; your bank and UPI details stay with your app, your bank and Razorpay, never this site.

Where your information goes

These companies handle information only to provide their service to this site. Because some of them are outside India, your information is processed outside India.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account exists. Order and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax. Messages are kept for 12 months after they are answered. A message you sent without being signed in is kept in the same way and is not tied to an account; to have it removed sooner, use the Contact page and choose "Complaint or privacy request".

Your rights

You can download a file with the information we keep about you, and delete your account, yourself: sign in and open My account. Deleting removes your sign-in, your access to albums and All-Access, what you agreed to and the messages you sent me while signed in. Your order and payment records stay, without your name or email, because the law makes us keep accounting records. For anything else (to correct something, to ask a question, to complain) use the Contact page and choose "Complaint or privacy request". I will answer within 7 days.

Age

The site is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly keep information about anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes. For big changes we will tell you on the site.
