Terms and conditions

By creating an account or buying anything, you agree to these terms.

1. Who this is for

You must be 18 or older. By signing in you confirm you are. If we have reason to think someone is under 18, we may close the account.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share your account with others.

3. What you are buying

Albums and All-Access give you personal, private, non-transferable access to view photos on this site. An album you buy stays in your library for as long as the site runs. All-Access gives access for the time stated when you bought it. Photos can be downloaded only where the album says so.

4. What you may not do

You may not copy, record, share, post, sell or pass on the photos, in whole or in part, including screenshots and photos of your screen. You may not try to get around the access protection, scrape the site, or use someone else's account. All photos and text on this site belong to Gungun and are protected by copyright.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in INR and are shown before you pay. Payment is taken by our payment partner. An order is complete when the payment succeeds. Refunds follow the Refunds policy.

6. Calls and custom requests

A request is not a promise. I will reply with whether I can do it and the price. Nothing is charged until you accept the price. Calls take place on a meeting service I choose, with a link I send you. Custom work is delivered as described in the agreed request.

7. Respect

Be polite. Harassment, threats, pressure or abusive messages are not accepted. I may stop replying to, suspend or close the account of anyone who breaks these terms or the law. Access you paid for may then end without a refund if the reason was your own breach of these terms.

8. The site

I work to keep the site running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. I do not guarantee that it will always work without interruption.

9. Limits of responsibility

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I am not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.

10. Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top changes when I do. If a change matters for something you already bought, it will not make it worse for you.

11. Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India, and the courts in Delhi will handle any dispute. Please contact me first with any complaint through the Contact page; most problems can be solved that way.
